well when i saw rei chan's art of resemblance, i seriously fell in love with the sister so i decided to draw her~ she's so freaking cute!!!~ i changed some things like her hair band and added frills on her dress with a bow~ do you mind rei chan? also i wanted to change it a bit and did a different eyes~ how is it? i failed right? i also wanted to practice hands though it's simple, i feel like im getting there ^^~ i hope you like it rei chan!!~ i seriously love sister relationships when i watched michelle and lucy~  it grew on me even more than ever when i watch *SPOILLERRR!!!!!!!* DON'T READ IF YOU DONT WANT TOO!!!~ misaka imouto and misaka so i hope everyone enjoys it ^^ oh i gave this picture to my friend from high school too :3
